Goldman Digital Limited is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

What we collect and why

When you book a call: your name, email address and company, through our booking tool. We use this to hold the call and follow up. Legal basis: taking steps before a contract.
When we do the check: the data in the systems you give us read access to, which may include names and contact details of your customers and prospects and recordings of calls with them. We process this on your instructions, as your processor, only to produce the report, and we delete working copies within 30 days of delivery. Your own privacy notice covers how you collected it.
When we contact you about this service: if you run a B2B business, we may email you or message you on LinkedIn using your name, job title, company and business email address, taken from LinkedIn or your company's website. Legal basis: legitimate interests in telling relevant businesses about a business service. We only contact business addresses, we say who we are, and every message gives you a way to say stop. If you say stop, we stop, and keep a note of your address only so that we do not contact you again.
When you visit this site: the site is static and sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

Who we share it with

Our booking tool (TidyCal), Google Workspace (email and calls), Cloudflare (hosting), and the email tools we use to send messages. All under their own terms. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Client records for 6 years, as required for tax. Working copies of client data for up to 30 days after delivery. Outreach data until you ask us to stop or 12 months after our last contact, whichever is sooner. Stop requests, for as long as needed to honour them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our contacting you, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk. To exercise any of these, reply to any email from us or write to the registered office below. We answer within a month.
